One address, and a person on the other end.
Support for every product, privacy requests, and early access to the ones that are not open yet all arrive at the same inbox. It reaches the founder, and it is read the day it arrives. There is no queue and no routing rule between you and the people who wrote the thing.
Using one of the products
Bug reports, questions and feature requests for anything we run: TopBin9, Attestly, or a beta you are already in. Say which product, and paste whatever the screen showed you. If it is a defect, expect a reply and, usually, a fix rather than a workaround.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, export and erasure requests. For the Atlassian apps these are served from your own site by your own administrators, because those apps hold no copy of your data. Write anyway and we will help you find it. The Attestly privacy policy explains why that data is out of our reach. Every product has its own policy, and /privacy says where each one lives.
Early access
Attestly is running but not yet on the Atlassian Marketplace. CarePlanner is in closed beta. ScopeBench is built and not open. Name the one you want and what you would use it for. At this stage your feedback still changes the product, which stops being true later.
What we do not do
We do not take outsourcing, staff augmentation or one-off client builds. Everything here is our own product, sold to anyone who has the problem. If you were about to ask for a team, this is the wrong address and it is quicker to say so now.
The formal details
A registered address is available on request and appears on invoices. It is left off this page because it is a home address.
